PURPOSE: A method of assigning and determining wireless traffic data processing time in an asynchronous wireless communication system is provided to select time pieces to which frames are transmitted, and to assign the time pieces to a task for processing traffic of a corresponding call, thereby periodically repeating frame transmissions according to each call at exact time. CONSTITUTION: A traffic handling module(20) of an RNC(Radio Network Controller)(10) directly exchanges traffic data with a call control processor(30) and a core network(40) for upper boards, and exchanges the traffic data with an RTS(Radio Transceiver Subsystem)(50) for a lower board. Upward traffic data received from a terminal in the RTS(50) is transmitted to the call control processor(30) or the core network(40) by passing through a wireless traffic processing layer 2 in a THM(Traffic Handling Module)(20). Downward traffic is transmitted to the THM(20) from the call control processor(30) or the core network(40), and processes the wireless traffic processing layer 2. The downward traffic is transmitted to the RTS(50). The RTS(50) configures the traffic data as wireless frames, and transmits the frames to a terminal.
