<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water disintegrating sheet slightly causing adverse effects on human bodies or the environment and a change with time, affording properties suitable for a comfortable feeling of use and purposes of use and readily maintaining balance between strength and water disintegrating properties. SOLUTION: This water disintegrating sheet is composed by forming a sheet from a material comprising hempen fibers having <=600 mL Canadian standard freeness and one or more kinds of other fibers having preferably <=20 mm fiber length by a wet process. The amount of the hempen fibers is 2-75 mass% based on the mass of the whole water disintegrating sheet. In the water disintegrating sheet, the hempen fibers are bound to at least one of other hempen fibers and other fibers by interlacing, hydrogen bonding, van der Waal force, etc., and balance between sheet strength and water disintegrating properties is maintained.</p> |
