<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a color filter, by which the residue of a photosensitive resin layer to a temporary supporting body can be reduced when the temporary supporting body is peeled. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a color filter wherein a photosensitive transfer material formed by providing the photosensitive resin layer on the surface of the temporary supporting body is laminated on the surface of a substrate, the temporary supporting body is peeled and the photosensitive resin layer is developed, is characterized in that the temperature of the substrate in the laminating stage is specified to be 100-120 deg.C and the angle of peeling direction of the temporary supporting body in the peeling stage is specified to be 10-90 deg. to the laminating direction.</p> |
