PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil conditioning base material and a soil conditioner capable of improving water retainability, fertilizer retainability, air permeability and draining properties of the soil in good balance. SOLUTION: The powdery soil conditioning base material is constituted by supporting a natural silicone polymer on fine powdery fired clay. The soil conditioner conditions water retainability, fertilizer retainability, draining properties and air permeability by mixing the powdery soil conditioning base material with a conditioner. |
