SOLUTION: The lock element 14 is constituted to be a uniformly cylindrical lock pin over its entire length, and be arranged inside an axial direction hole 17 inside an impeller boss of the impeller 3. A vertical axis of the axial direction hole has a smallest possible space with respect to a vertical center axis of the device 1.
