PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress concentration into a part when forcibly opening a door of a refrigerator whose rotation angle is regulated and, when forcibly opening the opening/closing door in its regulated state, an unnatural stress is concentrated in the part of a hinge part, causing rattling of the door by breaking of a weak part. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is provided with a door cap 9 for inserting a hinge shaft receiver 10, where a hinge shaft 8c of a hinge plate 8 is inserted, into a hole 9a, and a regulation piece 11 regulating the rotation angle. This refrigerator is characterized in that a metal lock device 12 having holes 12e and 12d for inserting the hinge shaft receiver 10 is provided with an engagement part (bending part 12g) and the engagement part 12 is engaged with the door cap 9 so as to distribute the stress when the door 6 is opened at an angle exceeding the regulated rotation angle.
