PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure of automobile capable of reducing cost and weight and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: By connecting a seat slide rail 30 to a car body frame 11 between a front floor frame 13 and a rear floor frame 25 along the front-back direction so that the front floor frame 13 and the rear floor frame 25 are connected, the seat slide rail 30 functions as a frame for preventing deformation of space of a cabin in the case of collision.
