PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle-rotation meter which is simple in structure and manufacture, easy to miniaturize and deal with severe temperature condition places, and little in output variation due to external magnetic fields. SOLUTION: A coil 1 is disposed to detect the angle/rotation from the variation of its junction with a conductor 2 or magnetic body. A pulse-like voltage is periodically applied across the coil 1 to charge or discharge a capacitor 4, and the time taken until a voltage at discharging exceeds a threshold of a comparator 5 is converted to a voltage.
