SOLUTION: A sheet matter is placed on one face of a gasket base, or the sheet matter is placed on one face of the gasket base, and an adhesive layer is formed on the other face, the mold releasing paper is laminated on the adhesive layer, a gasket base-side as a mounting face is attached to the sealed part, and the sheet matter is separatable.
