PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic reduction device capable of reducing magnetism in the inside space of a structure without making direct magnetic shielding countermeasures for the structure and the inside thereof. SOLUTION: The magnetic reduction device 20 reduces the magnetism M in the inside space of the structure 10 arranging electric/electronic equipment 13 having the possibility influenced by the magnetism M to the inside space 12. The magnetic reduction device 20 draws the magnetism produced from transmission lines 15 arranged to the outside space 14 around the structure near the device by a magnetic absorptive material 21 placed in a predetermined setting area other than on a straight line N tying up the transmission lines and the electric/electronic equipment at the outside of the structure and between the lower parts of the transmission lines and the structure, and the distribution D of the magnetism is deformed to reduce the magnetism M at a position whereat the electric/electronic equipment is installed.
