PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isocyanate curing agent which excels in heat resistance and, simultaneously, can obtain a high elastic modulus. SOLUTION: The isocyanate curing agent has an imide modified polyisocyanate to be represented by formula (1) (wherein A is a divalent organic group; and X is a tetravalent organic group) as the major component and, simultaneously, a molecular weight of A in formula (1) of the organic group of 14-600.
