PURPOSE: A displacement restricting apparatus for a driving belt of an air conditioner compressor in a vehicle and a tension adjuster are provided to prevent the driving belt from being separated against vibration by operating the driving belt with a guide roller, and to compensate tension of the driving belt by moving upper and lower guide rollers through a screw shaft. CONSTITUTION: A displacement restricting and tension adjusting device of a driving belt(3) for an air conditioner compressor in a vehicle is composed of upper and lower guide rollers(4,5) restricting displacement of the driving belt by guiding up and down and supporting the driving belt; and a guide roller moving mechanism adjusting to move the guide roller to the other guide roller. Displacement of the driving belt is restricted against vibration by moving the driving belt in the guide rollers, and tension of the driving belt is adjusted with moving the guide rollers with a screw shaft(11).
