PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace capable of performing high oxygen concentration heat treatment and low temperature heat treatment while reducing the size of a burner, simplifying the constitution and stabilizing combustion. SOLUTION: This heating furnace includes a burner B for burning fuel taking the interior of a furnace 1 as a combustion chamber. The burner B is provided with a plurality of combustion parts 3 alternately switched to a combustion state and having a heat reservoir means 2. The heating furnace is thus constituted in a heat reservoir combustion form, in which the heat reservoir means 2 of the combustion part 3 that is now stopped burning is heated by passing of combustion exhaust gas from the interior of the furnace 1, and air for combustion of the combustion part 3 that is now in the course of burning is preheated by the heat reservoir means 2. The heating furnace is provided with an oxygen contained gas supply means S for supplying oxygen contained gas into the interior of the furnace 1 from portions different from the installation portions of the plurality of combustion parts 3. |
