When it is judged that the restoration operating part 35 has been operated, the drive control part 25 reads a stored transfer operation procedure in execution and transfer operation procedures to be executed after the transfer operation procedure in execution from a transfer operation procedure storing means 27. When the drive control part 25 reads the stored transfer operation procedure in execution and the transfer operation procedures to be executed after the transfer operation procedure in execution, it outputs a control signal to a corresponding pallet vertical movement driving part 45 or a transverse conveyor driving part 47 on the basis of the read transfer operation procedures. By this, an action of a corresponding transverse conveyor, a vertically moving pallet or a ground pallet is controlled.
