PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence strut positioning method, its strut 1 and a device capable of vertically or perpendicularly erecting the fence strut in a short time without using a facility and causing industrial waste when rigidly erecting the fence strut 6 on a crown face (a floor face 1) of a concrete retaining wall. SOLUTION: An anchor hole 2 is bored in the concrete floor face 1. A weighing table 3 having an anchor through hole 3" in a center part and formed with a concave face 3' in an upper face is placed on the floor face 1. A bottomed sheath pipe 4 is placed on the concave face 3', and it is vertically adjusted by inserting an anchor bolt 5 in the anchor hole 2 and adjusting a position of the bottomed sheath pipe 4 above the concave face 3'. In this state, a head 5' of the anchor bolt 5 is hit from an upper end opening of the sheath pipe 4 and a base plate 4" is pressurized and fixed against the concave face 3' by the head 5' or a nut 5", and in this state, the fence strut 6 is fit and fixed in the sheath pipe 4.
