PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting for steadily jointing and supporting an end of a steel sleeper on a concrete foundation, and jointing and supporting a shorter steel sleeper in a midway place. SOLUTION: A suspended part 13 of the jointing-supporting fitting 10 is fixed to the concrete foundation by a fixing bracket such as a screw through the use of a fixing-bracket inserting hole 15. After that, the end of the steel sleeper is placed on a sleeper supporting plate 11, and fixed to the fitting 10, which is fixed to the concrete foundation, by the fixing bracket such as the screw through the use of the hole 15. The fitting 10 has: the plate 11; pieces which are provided on both sides of the plate 11 in such a manner as to be folded upward for extension while providing a storage space for housing the steel sleeper; and a jointing plate which is located at an end, orthogonal to the plate 11, of the rising piece, made orthogonal to the rising piece and the plate 11, and extended in a direction in which the plate 11 is not provided. By using the fitting 10, the jointing plate is fixed to a side surface of one steel sleeper; the end of the other steel sleeper is placed for fixation on the plate 11; and the two steel sleepers and jointed together.
