PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fire resistance type spotless wood and its manufacturing method and a fireproof method for a wooden structure capable of easily applying fireproof treatment to a recess section such as a back boundary section or the like formed on the circumference section of the spotless wood. SOLUTION: A fire protecting foam material 6 is inserted in the back boundary section 4 of the spotless wood. The fire preventing foam material 6 has a property for cutting off fire and heat or the like and is formed of a material having expansivity, and after it has been loaded into the inner part section of the back boundary section 4 of the spotless wood 2, it is heated from the outside to foam, and it's volume is expanded into several times to several ten times. By the constitution, the back boundary section 4 is filled with the fireproof foam material 6, the fireproof treatment can be applied, and the incursion of heat to the inside of the spotless wood 2 can be prevented. Since the fireproof foam material 6 is inserted to only foam, work can be simply completed within a short time.
