PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten construction term, reduce construction cost, provide excellent resistance against earthquake and excellent thermal insulation property and soundproofing property, improve the safety in lifting work, reduce transportation cost, and ensure sufficient strength while simplifying a structure of a joining part and reducing its weight. SOLUTION: A plurality of units 1U having a substantially H-shaped vertical cross section and constituted so as to have the same specifications and the same structure by factory production and one unit 2U having a substantially U-shaped vertical cross section are transported to construction site. The substantially U-shaped unit 2U is installed and constructed at a lowermost position while it faces upward and is opened, a plurality of remaining substantially H-shaped units 1U are sequentially piled up on the substantially U-shaped unit 2U, and the units adjacent vertically are mutually fixed and joined while end parts of wall structural bodies 4A in each unit are abutted on each other to construct a housing building having a plurality of stories.
