PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier-free building capable of facilitating repair in a structure skeleton, realizing long service life, saving resources and energy, and providing a comfortable habitable space. SOLUTION: An intermediate structure in which a heat source and power supply facilities in an upper part of a lower part structure are arranged forms a mega-truss structure constituted by arranging a lower chord on a crest face of the lower part structure and an upper chord in a lower part of an upper part structure and framing a diagonal member so as to connect them. The upper part structure 6 which becomes hospitalization facilities is provided in an upper part of the intermediate structure. The upper part structure 6 has a shape formed by arranging a plurality of simple rigid frame structures 11 having a large span and constituted by joining a column 9 and a large beam 10 mutually and rigidly in parallel, providing connection beams 12 intermittently every one span in the direction of girder, and piling them up in a plurality of layers. A floor of the upper part structure 6 is a double floor composed of a dry floor constructed on an upper face of the large beam 10 and a composite slab 18 constructed on a lower face of the large beam 10.
