PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling machine, in which switching can be done efficiently between a first labeling means and a second labeling machine without suspending the labeling operation. SOLUTION: The labeling machine 100 includes transfer equipment 200 for transferring a labeled object W, first labeling equipment 300a installed close to the transfer equipment 200 to put a label on the object W, second labeling equipment 300b placed downstream of the equipment 300a in the W-transfer direction to put a label on the object W. The labeling machine includes further a first through-sensor 218 connected to the labeling equipment 300a for detecting the object W, a second through-sensor 220 connected to the labeling equipment 300b for detecting the object W, and a third controller 700, which is connected to the labeling equipment 300a and 300b, and switches between the first labeling means and the second labeling means.
