PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of comfortability due to increase in sliding resistance increased by application of lateral force to a strut member by a vehicle inward moment working on a wheel by means of a torsion bar type stabilizer. SOLUTION: The U-shaped torsion bar type stabilizer 22 is arranged between strut members for left and right wheels, while both ends of a vehicle width directional extension part 22a are supported by the vehicle body via brackets 23, and vehicle longitudinal extension parts 22b on the both sides are connected to the matching strut member 11 and a wheel supporting member 18 by means of a longitudinal connection bar 24 and a lateral connection bar 25 respectively. A width of the stabilizer 22 in a free form is set to be wider than that of a mounting form, and in installation, the strut member 11 and the wheel supporting member 18 are pressed in the vehicle width outside direction, and consequently, the lateral force applied to the strut member 11 is canceled by the vehicle inward moment working on the wheel.
