PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel with rubber light, inexpensive and capable of preventing lifting and carrying mud. SOLUTION: It is possible to provide this wheel with rubber at a low cost by reducing thickness and lightening it by making a disc part 20 of the wheel 10 with rubber of a pressed metal plate and forming a first bent part 25, etc. It becomes less prone to lift up mud on both of the frame side and the opposite frame side as both of popping-out width of rubber parts 22 of the frame side and the opposite frame side is made the same around the disc part 20 as its center on a boundary part 24. It is possible to prevent mud residing in the neighborhood of the boundary part 24 from growing large toward the inside in the radial direction and to prevent dropping of a large mass of mud as an inclined surface 26 is provided on the disc part 20.
