PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the quality and the reliability in leading out electrodes of a long head are deteriorated. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 12 is joined to a base 13, and a PCB substrate 14 is joined to a face in a perpendicular direction to a joining face of the base 13 to the piezoelectric element 12 by an adhesive. Moreover, a discrete external electrode 25 of the piezoelectric element 12 and the PCB substrate 14 are connected by a wire 15 by direct wire bonding.
