PURPOSE: A mobile remote consulting system is provided to connect a mobile device and a PC environment to store and manage on-line information in the mobile device, and to convert existing contents to have a format optimized for the mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A converting manager(12) converts a wireless Internet request of a customer and a consulting client to a wired Internet network. A consulting pool(15) includes files to cope with similar cases through the database by cases and by contents. An application DB(18) sets an application environment by cases, to cope with a similar environment derived therefrom. A result DB(19) extracts a result value satisfying the client and a consultant. Through a cell phone and a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), consultation on technology is performed, machine is repaired, a car and vehicle are self-operated through emergency management, and consulting preliminary diagnosis is performed. |
