PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire and a rim assembly body capable of stably running over the required distance even when an internal pressure of the tire is reduced after the tire is damaged without sacrificing rolling resistance and riding comfortableness in ordinary running before the tire is damaged. SOLUTION: The hollow doughnut-like tire is mounted on an application rim. Many particles which are composed of continuous phases of resin and independent air bubbles and have substantially spherical shape with average bulk specific gravity at the atmospheric pressure 0.1 or less are arranged in the inside of the tire partitioned by the tire and the application rim. A pressure at 25 deg.C inside the tire is 150 kPa or more and 900 kPa or less by absolute pressure.
