PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device capable of performing the assembling of a link mechanism in a short time, smoothing the folding and extension of the link mechanism, and facilitating the raising and lowering of slats. SOLUTION: This blind device 110 comprises link mechanisms 2 and 3; two or more slat support mechanisms 8 having one-end parts 4 connected to the link mechanism 2 and the other end parts 6 connected to the link mechanism 8; the slats 9 supported by the slat support mechanisms 8, respectively; a raising and lowering mechanism 14 for raising and lowering the slats 9; and a tilt mechanism 12 for tilting the slats 9. Each slat support mechanism 8 comprises an arm member 31 for supporting the slat 9 substantially in its center part. The link mechanism 2 comprises a flexible strip body 111 connected to one end part 4 of each arm member 31, and the link mechanism 3 comprises a flexible strip body 112 connected to the other end part 6 of each arm member 31.
