PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock unit integration structure for pop-out type door lock handle device enhanced in crime preventive performance by enhancing the resistance to the threading breakage by T-shaped operation tool or cutting breakage by electric hole saw of a fixing member between a lock unit and a shaft cylinder part. SOLUTION: A protective cylinder 14 strong against cutting is fitted to a radially extended housing hole part 13 at the front end of a lock unit housing hole 9, and a through-hole 16 for fitting the fixed body 15 of the lock unit 10 is formed in the bottom wall part of the protective cylinder 14. The rear surface circumferential edge part 19 of the front end head part 15 of the fixed body 15 is allowed to abut on an inward collar part 17 that is the hole edge part of the through-hole 16, and an outward collar part 21 formed on the front end part of the protective cylinder 14 is fitted to an annular recessed part 20 formed on the front end inside surface of the radially extended housing hole part 13.
