PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforcement bearer which is free from corrosion. SOLUTION: The reinforcement bearer 6 is made of a ceramic and formed like a rod. The bearer 6 has a female screw portion 6a formed in one end thereof and a reinforcement insertion hole 6b in the other end thereof, which insertion hole penetrates the bearer in its radial direction. Then, a reinforcement 4 is inserted into the reinforcement insertion hole 6b.
