PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely jet ink droplets and reduce cross talks between ink chambers. SOLUTION: In the multi-nozzle ink jet head having a plurality of nozzles 11 for jetting ink droplets and a plurality of ink chambers 21 formed corresponding to the nozzles 11, a diaphragm 3 is set to each ink chamber 21, and a volume change of the ink chamber by buckling of the diaphragm 3 is utilized to jet ink droplets, whereby the jet efficiency for ink droplets is enhanced. Moreover, grooves are set to boundaries of ink chambers 21, thereby preventing vibration from being transmitted to the adjacent ink chambers 21.
