摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger manufacturing method which can reduce the cost and the weight while sufficiently ensuring the pressure resistance of a tube, perform the brazing using flux without providing any flux applying step and drying step, and improve the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a heat exchanger having a core 5 with a fin 3 joined on the surface of a heat exchanger tube 2, a brazing foil 20 is adhered to the surface of the heat exchange tube 2 via a hot melt adhesive 10 containing the flux to prepare the heat exchange tube 2 with the brazing foil. The heat exchange tube 2 with the brazing foil is combined with the fin 3 to form a temporary assembly of the heat exchanger. By heating the temporary assembly in a furnace, the brazing foil 20 is melted and solidified to fix the tube 2 and the fin 3 by brazing.
