摘要
本发明涉及一种用铅锑合金制备三氧化二锑中的粒度控制方法,该方法将空气经过加热器8加热后,通过风箱4、配风板7和导风管3向炉内金属液面均匀鼓入,使含Pb10-90%、Sb90-10%的合金熔体受到直接加热,在熔体温度稳定在700℃以下的条件下,将金属锑挥发氧化,将氧化得到的三氧化二锑在可以调控的空腔温度(150-550℃)中冷却结晶,获得平均粒度在0.3-5μm范围中三氧化二锑。
