PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo- and/or thermosetting resin composition which gives a cured coating film excellent in water resistance and electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: The photo- and/or thermosetting resin composition comprises essentially a compound or polymer having structural formula (I) (wherein R<1> is H or a 1-7C hydrocarbon group; and R<2> to R<4> may be the same or different and are each a 1-7C hydrocarbon group).
