PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig device for a vehicular bolster assembly capable of assembling the bolster assembly with a modularized vehicular front half part component for minimizing an in-line assembly process of an automobile mass production factory. SOLUTION: The jig device for the vehicular bolster assembly is characterized in that it includes a lower end support base composed by mutually connecting a plurality of beam members, right and left side fixing support bases erectly attached to both upper parts of the beam members composing the lower end support base, upper and lower part lateral bars mutually connecting the right and left side fixing support bases, right and left side lower end fixing templates respectively formed on the two beam members and supporting right and left side lower ends of the bolster assembly, a bumper beam fixing template holding right and left one sides of a front bumper rail, right and left side upper end fixing templates supporting right and left side upper ends of a radiator support upper center panel of the bolster assembly, a lower part clamping member holding a one side of a center part of the front bumper rail, and an upper part clamping member installed on the upper lateral bar. |
