PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain turning performance by moving a throttle lever in an idle-up direction only when the throttle lever is released during cruising and operation of a steering handle exceeds a normal operation steering angle. SOLUTION: The normal steering angleθ1 is indicated to an operator from operation feeling by increased operation resistance by applying resistance to operation of the steering handle 12 by resistance applying members 40, 42, 44 and 45 when the steering handle 12 exceeds the normal steering angleθ1. When the steering handle 12 exceeds the normal steering angleθ1, the throttle lever 34 is slightly moved to the idle-up direction by an idle-up member 50.
