PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily assembled/disassembled door for an automobile. SOLUTION: In this door 10 for the automobile, a door module 30 is installed to a door main body 13 having a housing part 18 capable of housing a window pane material 20 and an elevation hole 14 for elevating/lowering the window pane material 20, and an elevation means 27 having a rotation driving part 22 and a wire 22a, which connects the rotation driving part 22 and a lower side holder 28a together and connects the rotation driving part 22 and a lateral side holder 28b together, and a sash 17 are held in a belt line frame 31 extending longitudinally along a belt line 13a on the cabin side from the window pane material 20. The door module 30 is mounted to the door main body 13 via the elevation hole 14.
