PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape dispenser capable of being installed in any place, being removed from an installing surface after installing, and smoothly paying out and cutting tape. SOLUTION: This tape dispenser comprises a dispenser body 2 practically functioning as the tape dispenser, and a base 3 attachable/detachable to/from a bottom surface of the dispenser body 2. A cutting portion 4 of the dispenser body 2 is rotated about a rotating shaft generally parallel with a tape paying out direction, and an attaching surface of the dispenser body 2 of the base 3 is tilted in the tape paying out direction. The tape dispenser 2 is made to be attachable/detachable in any tilting direction.
