PURPOSE: A multi-use handbag is provided to contain papers, such as a diary, a pouch and a purse, as well as articles of small volume such as cosmetics, makeup tools and stationery. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(2) has front, rear and side faces(10,12,14) formed to be bendable in an approximately U-shape. A case(4) is formed on an inner side of the rear face of the base plate for containing small articles. A binder(6) is located on an inner side of the side face of the base plate for binding papers and a pouch to the inside of the bendable base plate. A rammer(8) is located on an inner side of the rear face of the base plate.
