PURPOSE: A device for adjusting a direction of extracting a cord of an outlet is provided to prevent a short circuit and bad connection of the cord by preventing the cord from entangling or bending around the outlet. CONSTITUTION: A cord extracting space part(3) is formed at one side of a body part(1) of an outlet having axial holes. A cord extracting direction adjusting element(4) is inserted into the axial holes. One side of a cord(5) extracted from the cord extracting direction adjusting element is connected with inner connection terminals(7,7') of the outlet through a cord extracting hole(6). The other side of the cord is connected with a plug. The extracting direction of the cord is adjustable to match with a direction to which the plug faces, rotatively moving by the cord extracting direction adjusting element.
