PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of the reliability of a second optical fiber having a smaller diameter and being actually used by connecting the second optical fiber having a smaller diameter to a first optical fiber which is installed on a light source. SOLUTION: The light source module is so composed that the second optical fiber (6) is connected to the end of the first optical fiber (3) which is connected to the light source (1) and the diameter (D1 ) of a first core of the first optical fiber (3) is larger than the diameter (D2 ) of a second core of the second optical fiber (6). |
