PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small incinerator capable of quantitatively throwing wastes into a combustion chamber with external air isolated and performing stable combustion to restrain the generation of black smoke and dioxin. SOLUTION: A rectangular opening is provided in the center of a main door of the incinerator, and a rectangular subsidiary door completely fitted to the opening is attached thereto. The subsidiary door is rotated in the longitudinal direction on a shaft passing through the center of the top and bottom of the door. The front of the subsidiary door is covered with a semi-cylindrical shell- type drum box made according to the locus of rotation of the subsidiary door. The front upper part of the drum box is provided with a box cover with a handle, which is opened and closed in throwing the wastes. The subsidiary door connected by a shaft is rotated in the drum box by turning the handle on the right side of the drum box, whereby the wastes can be thrown into the incinerator in a state of external air being isolated.
