PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a large driving force required for starting from a static state or for stopping on the contrary due to a large angular moment which a magnetic screw has when it is driven to rotate if it is large and long as seen in a conventional magnetic screw mechanism comprising a magnetic screw shaft to be rotated to be magnetically coupled with a nut which is moved linearly. SOLUTION: This magnetic screw carrying mechanism is provided with the magnetic screw shaft 1 having a spiral ferromagnetic part axially movably disposed on an outer circumferential surface, and a nut block part 20 having a magnetic pole facing the outer circumferential surface of the magnetic screw shaft at an interval from it to be magnetically coupled with the ferromagnetic part. By rotating the nut block part, axial direction thrust is given to the magnetic screw shaft.
