PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse cooking oil for tempura and engine oil as energy sources to be effectively used as resources while these oil materials are essential for supporting our rich life and have a fixed limit of use, so the material beyond the limit is discarded. SOLUTION: In this recycle burner, a closed container is taken as a burner canister 1, and a vent hole plate 4 provided with a number of holes is disposed between the top surface 2 and the bottom 3, thereby dividing the interior of the burner canister 1 into two, upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is taken as an air pre-heating chamber 5, and the lower chamber is taken as a combustion chamber 6. A hollow flame tube 7 is fitted to penetrate the burner top surface 2 and the vent hole plate 4. A fuel receiving tray 8 is provided in a position several centimeter high above the bottom 3 in the combustion chamber 6, thereby receiving fuel supplied from the fuel supply port 9. A ventilating hole 10 for sending air to the air pre-heating chamber 5 is provided.
