PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting fitting capable of more surely preventing water leakage, a mounting fitting structure comprising the mounting fitting, and a flexible-membrane derricking gate which is mounted on a structure, on which the gate is to be mounted, by the mounting fitting structure. SOLUTION: A contact surface 46, which is brought into direct contact with a side wall 18S, is formed on an upper part of the mounting fitting 14 in a state of holding lower and upper membranes 20 and 22 in a sandwiching manner. A top surface of the mounting fitting 14 serves as a contact surface 48 which is brought into contact with a bottom surface 30B of a sealing member 30. Thus, the movement of the mounting fitting 14 in a direction of an arrow A and the turning of the mounting fitting 14 in a direction of an arrow B are inhibited so that a gap cannot be made between the upper membrane 22 under a raised state and a backside 50 of the mounting fitting 14 or a sealing surface 32 of the sealing member 30, and so that the water leakage can be surely prevented.
