Single component sealing composition based on vinylpolymer dispersion

Single component sealant composition (I) comprises dispersion of vinyl polymers in aqueous medium. Composition (I) is free of volatile organic compounds in its wet state and is self-adhesive in its dry state; has a peel strength of at least 5 N/25 mm at 5-50 degreesC on polyolefin material; and comprises at least one phase having a glass transition temperature of less than 10 degreesC. Independent claims are included for (i) a material coated with the composition (I) and (ii) a process for the preparation of the composition (I) by mixing the components under a vacuum.
