PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring sensor prevented from developing a thermal strain and thermal deformation in a holder using a thermoplastic synthetic resin. SOLUTION: This sensor has the holder 4 of which the lead wire 3 of a thermo-sensitive element 2 is molded. The holder 4 is a rod-like thermoplastic synthetic resin molding, and is molded while the lead wire 3 of the thermo- sensitive element is supported in a fixed position by the first pin and the second pin provided facedly with a fixed space in the first direction D1 and the second direction D2 orthogonal each other, when molded. After the holder 4 is released from a die, pin-pulled-out flaws by the first and second pins are left on a circumference of the holder 4 as recesses 7A, 7B, warpage and deformation generated over the whole length of the holder 4 by a sink and the thermal strain in cooling of the resin are suppressed thereby within a partial range to restrain the generation of the warpage over the whole length, and a range of the deformation is brought within a allowable range even when the warpage and the deformation are generated. |
