PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing functional deterioration of a catalyst and a filter even when it is used for a long time. SOLUTION: A thin loop type stainless wire is compression inserted between straightening plates 12 having venturi openings for accumulating heat energy of exhaust gas, so as to store a heat accumulating member 13. Two straightening plates 12 having enfolded portions are opposed and combined to each other having an interval of 300 mm, so that temperature of the exhaust gas is kept constant and the gas flow is changed from a constant direction to multiple directions.
