PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive exhaust pressure control valve of a simple structure, which can easily regulate exhaust gas pressure finely, and can precisely control the exhaust gas pressure. SOLUTION: This exhaust pressure control valve 22 is structured that reed valves 32a and 32b as sub valves for pressure fine regulation that are opened by exhaust gas pressure when a butterfly valve 31 is closed and an upstream exhaust gas pressure becomes more than a predetermined injection-valve opening pressure, are mounted to the butterfly valve 31 as a valve for main pressure regulation. A plurality of the reed valves of different injection-valve opening pressure may be combined. A flapper valve may be used as a valve for main pressure regulation.
