PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storing tank and hot water storing system capable of reducing a temperature gradient of a temperature boundary layer between high temperature water and low temperature water in a tank body even in the case of a long time use. SOLUTION: The hot water storing tank 11 for storing high temperature water H and low temperature water L coexisting in the tank body 11 is provided with a partition body 21 having a function of staying in a temperature band by balance of buoyancy in a temperature stratification layer between high temperature water and low temperature water.
