PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience for use by preventing adhesion of a baked rice cake and preventing re-adhesion of oil to a deep-fried food in re- heating. SOLUTION: A number of projections 14, 14 are formed on the overall heat cooking surface 12 on which a material A to be cooked is placed, thereby remarkably reducing the contact area between the material A to be cooked and the heat cooking surface 12, and dropping the oil discharged from the material A to be cooked between the projections 14, 14, whereby the baked rice cake can be prevented from adhering to the cooking surface, and re- adhesion of oil to the deep-fried food in re-heating is prevented.
