SOLUTION: An engagement part 23 is formed on the mounting part 4, a stopper part 28 is formed on the mounting member 3 corresponding to the engagement part 23, and the mounting part 4 is mounted on the mounting member 3 by engaging the engagement part 23 with the stopper part 28. The engagement part 23 is, for example, a claw-shaped engagement part formed on a mounting ring 7 made of a steel material, of the mounting part 4, the stopper part 28 is, for example, a stepped stopper part formed on the mounting member 3, and the claw-shaped engagement part 23 is bent to be engaged with the stepped stopper part 28 in mounting.
